We are hiring - Experienced Architect

Bijl Architecture presently has an excellent opportunity for a talented all-rounder to join our team and progress their career in our collaborative and dynamic architecture and interiors studio.

The role is for an Australian registered architect with 8-10+ years minimum post-graduate local experience who is an excellent communicator who is both proactive and initiative driven. Our bespoke, design-driven projects demand well-honed time management skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creative client-centred design, and the successful applicant will desire to deliver high quality projects that are thoughtful, resilient and sustainable. This position also has considerable scope to offer excellent career progression opportunities in practice management, leadership, and business development.

Based on both our current project roster and longer-term practice needs, this role will have responsibilities across all stages of work and have good autonomy on projects. Applicants should therefore have experience across all stages of architectural / interior design services, with a proven track record in successfully delivering single residential projects. This experience should include well-developed client management skills and full contract administration experience.
